While I have yet to see any scientific evidence that
affirmative
messages can positively alter a person, I don't see that they cause
any harm (unless you purchase them and cause you economic hardship!)
I figure, there is the
possibility of a "placebo affect", if nothing else. I
remember reading how the placebo affect can cause your mind to
create the change.
If something is harmless and free, and there is the possibility of a
placebo affect, where there is no better placebo around, why not
give it a spin?
Now, I am not going to sit here and say that you can gain a SKILL
with affirmations, but I thing you MAY be able to improve your
attitude, mindset, energy levels, etc.
